What is Work from Home HCT Services?
I am a work from home based business opportunity. I am partnered with Arise Virtual Solutions to provide inbound customer service calls to many Fortune 500 companies. You will be able to choose the perfect client to suite your skills and needs. You will be able to work from home everyday answering inbound calls to your home phone line. Working from home allows a very flexible schedule for you so you can have more time for daily life while still earning a good income.
How do I get started?
Step 1: Complete your profile and admissions process on the Arise Virtual Solutions website at: www.arise.com
Step 2: Once you have completed the Admission Process your next step will be to choose an Independent Business within the Arise Network. Choose my company.
Once you have requested to join my IBO please keep an eye on your email as I will be contacting you in 2 or 3 days.
Step 3: I will email you to discuss the different opportunties available and you will choose a client certification course to enroll in.
Step 4: Upon completing of your certification course you will start servicing and earning revenue with each call!
Are there restrictions on where I reside and where I can work from?
To service with Arise Virtual Solutions you must reside within the United States. There are also certain states that unfortunately you can not reside in and service with Arise. If you live in one of the following states you will be unable to service. The list may change in the future and we will keep this list updated.

What are the costs associated with getting started?
Many of you have questions regarding the cost to get started. Here are the costs associated with working from home:
Client Certification Course- Upon completion of CSP 101 and choosing us as your IBO (Independent Business Owner) you are ready to choose the client course you wish to train for and begin servicing. Courses can run from $10-$100. For initial training HCT will reimburse you once first services delivered for the cost. Once you have chosen a course you will not have to pay for another course unless you choose to train for another client opportunity. Many of our CSP's (client support professionals) service the same client for years.
How much money will I make and how often am I paid?
Your earning potential is up to you. Client Support Professionals can earn anywhere from $200-$1300 every two weeks. It depends if you want to work the minimum hours required each week which is 15hrs, or if you wish to work full time. Once you start servicing you are paid twice a month via direct deposit on the 1st and 15th of each month.
What are the workstation requirements?
To service from home there are different requirements that must be before you can start training for a client.

Hard Wired Internet
Laptop or Desktop computer with either Windows 7, 2000 or Windows 8 and Windows 10. Windows 7 or 10 is highly recommended as this will allow you to choose from more clients to service.
Is a background check required to work from home?
Yes! A background check is required from each individual that wishes to work from home. You must be 18 yrs old and can not have any felonies on your record. Some misdemeanors are acceptable, it depends on the situation. Please keep in mind you are dealing with important customer information on each call so security for the customers is greatly important.
Are there any other fees once I start servicing?
Once you have certified on a client opporunity there will be a bi-weekly fee of $25 that will be taken from your revenue to cover many different costs. As a contractor providing services under our IBO we will provide a 1099 for you at the end of the year, provide you with your pay direct deposit twice per month, assist you with questions during training as well as once out of certification. Your success is our success and we want you to succeed! Arise also charges a Platform fee of $19.75 per pay period once you start servicing. Please note all fees are tax deductible at the end of the year.
